Through our personalized home care services, we provide each of our clients and their families with peace of mind whatever their circumstances.

Some of our clients are seniors who can no longer do everything they used to while others require intensive levels of home care support after a serious illness or injury.

At Sirrah Care Professionals, we recognize the importance of consistency of home care services and strive to ensure that the same caregivers work with a client on each visit. We also understand that a client’s needs may change and will adjust our home care services at any stage to adapt accordingly.

Activities Of Daily Living

Our caregivers provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and more. Our caregivers can provide as little or as much support as needed, and are highly respectful of each client’s privacy and independence.

Medication Reminders

Timely medication intake is highly important. To help ensure that our clients are taking their medications on time and as prescribed, our caregivers can provide timely medication reminders.

Housekeeping

Maintaining a clean, organized home environment is essential to one’s health and safety. Our caregivers can provide assistance with light housekeeping tasks, from changing bed sheets and linens, washing dishes, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, ironing, laundry, plant care, pet care, and more.

Errands

Need to have your prescriptions picked up at the pharmacy? Need to have your groceries re-stocked? Need to send mail? Our caregivers can take care of all your errands so that you don’t have to.

Transportation Assistance

If driving is no longer an option for you, our caregivers can drive you to and from your appointments or arrange transportation services as necessary.

Staffing

Staffing enable SCP to supply CNA, LPN, RN staff to various facilities in PA.

In addition to our home care services, Sirrah Care Professionals is also proud to offer Healthcare Consulting to aspiring home care owners.

Getting Started
Prior to starting our home care services, we will provide a free in-home care assessment on a no-obligation basis. We will discuss and understand your home care needs so that we can provide the most suitable services and the “right fit” caregiver. We will also ensure caregivers are introduced to you for your approval before care begins.
